Services for newcomers in Zaanstad
NewBees welcomes all newcomers between the ages of 17 and 27 in Zaanstad who are looking for a place where they can use their talent. We have set up MDT Zaanstad especially for these young newcomers. This traineeship is part of the Social Service Time project.

The aim of this project is to help a limited number of people who have fled because of the war in Ukraine to find work.
NewBees Zaanstad will match them using the NewBees traineeship method.

Shatha believes newcomers can benefit from getting involved in their community. She sees NewBees as a bridge-builder, that connects people.
Coordinator project Oekraïne
Mirjam AntakiMirjam gets energy from communicating with people. She is very social, has contact with people of different ages, backgrounds and cultures and gets along easily with everyone. She is eager to learn and takes her work very seriously.
Sayde Gerges“Learning never exhausts the mind” (Leonardo da Vinci). A passion for learning and developing talent helps Sayde to stay engaged, motivated and driven. She enjoys working at NewBees, with talented people from different cultures whom she helps to find their way in Dutch society.
