On Thursday, October 28, 2021, we signed the contracts of the Municipality of Amsterdam with alderman Marjolein Moorman and our partner NL Training. As of January 1, 2022, we will jointly provide the B1- and Z-route in Amsterdam.
“Together we offer a tailor-made program, so that newcomers can find their way in our society as well and as quickly as possible.” says Annemiek Dresen, founder and director of NewBees. That is also the aim of the new Civic Integration Act: that newcomers participate more quickly in Dutch society and have better opportunities in the Dutch labor market.

As an expert in the field of participation and integration, NewBees combines personal guidance, workshops and practical experience. Every newcomer follows a civic integration process that is adapted to his/her wishes, situation and needs. We match newcomers with sustainable traineeships at local businesses and organizations, where talent and equality are central. By joining forces with NL Training, language lessons and practical experience are seamlessly connected.
“I am very happy that we are going to work in the municipality of Amsterdam. My team is ready for it!” says Osama Fanous, coordinator of NewBees Amsterdam.
